Thanks! The old wiring was just all separated since I had to remove the the MK3 lighting harness and stuff from it. So it started out a little messy right from the get go. Some of the grounds on the injector harness were a little frayed so even that could've caused the issue. Also it seems like the Passat main engine harness is wrapped individually from everything else so it was just easier to use that one.

Thanks I can't wait to drive it!
So now I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is the exhaust is on the car, and it actually sounds like a normal car again

The bad news is when the car was on the alignment rack, they found out that the driver's side steering knuckle was somehow casted or manufactured differently, and it's 1/2 an inch longer on the coilover mounting arm, pushing the top of the wheel out and causing excessive positive camber. At this point I'm now on the hunt for a MK3 2.0 4x100 steering knuckle, the type with a separate caliper carrier. If anyone has one or knows of one, please text me ASAP @ 403-607-3499. If I don't find one by tomorrow morning, I'll hit PnP for one.
