Offset question

Postby VDubbler » April 24th, 2013, 7:12 pm

So I'm looking at buying some rims for my mk3 vr6. The rims I'm looking at specifically have a +32 offset and are 17x8. According to a couple sites on the internet my cars wheel offsets are 15-25, so I'm not sure how these wheels will sit on the car. The car is lowered on coils. I'm just wondering if I'll need to buy spacers or roll/pull fenders to fit these in the front and back? I'm wondering if there will be any rubbing issues? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

17x8 is going to be tough to fit well and will probably rub on the coilovers in the front. I have 16x8 +26 in the front and it clears by a hair. Although VR6 be a tad different than 2L, not to sure on that.
